Rates
The villa is rented out on a weekly basis however additional days may be added.
Mid Season (May 1 - August 31, 2006)
$1250 per week
Low Season (September 1 - December 14, 2006)
$1050 per week
High Season (December 15, 2006 - April 30, 2007)
$1450 per week
Holidays
Thanksgiving Week $1450 per week
Christmas Week $1650 per week
New Years Week $1650 per week
Presidents Week $1650 per week
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Add 8% V.I. tax to all rentals
- Rental deposit of 50% may be refunded up to 1 month prior to arrival date, subject to a $300 per week cancellation fee.
- $300 damage deposit required in advance and refunded within 21 days after your stay.
